Halifax Jazz Festival 2017, Main Image Design
The Project Scope
The 2017 edition of the Halifax Jazz Festival needed an event branding concept that captured the atmosphere of the Festival while fitting seamlessly into their established brand. The Festival takes place every year along the Halifax Harbourfront in July.
The Solution
I created a custom illustration that was based on the look of lights along Halifax Harbour’s boardwalk at night. The final result was an illustration that had visual rhythm while alluding to both the sights and sounds Festival goers would experience while attending the Jazz Festival.
